Payment terms:

• Domestic customers: Payment due on completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Commercial clients: Subject to invoice terms as agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled job for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a call-out or admin fee.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Incomplete or partial collections due to lack of access.

• Items we are legally prohibited from removing.

We accept no liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss;

• Damage to surfaces (e.g., driveways, grass, walls) during normal operations, unless due to proven negligence;

• Improper disposal by clients of restricted materials.

Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
